At the end of the thirteenth century, the Franciscan order settled in at the end of the peninsula of Bonifacio. The church built in 1390, was classified as a historical monument in 1976. It is named as "the church of the last farewell" by François Canonici. It is by the beautiful city cemetery. Dependent buildings that formerly housed the last Franciscan convent.
