Chocolatiers and pastry catering, Lionel and Josiane Colomb-Bereni are working in the traditional way. Quality and authenticity are the watchwords of these two food lovers. Each chocolate has created its own identity. They are made with local products and flavours: fresh mint, nepita (wild marjoram) basil, asphodel honey, chestnut, etc... wild lavender, autumn boletus ... bouquets of scents and full full full full full of flavours ...! Within their workshop-boutique, you'll find other little wonders to discover: exceptional biscuits (canistrelli) and other Corsican specialties (traditional fritters with brocciu ...). All their creations have a soul.
